Bats are small mammals that are essential for maintaining ecological balance, especially in Europe, where their insect-based diet makes them natural pest controllers. A single bat can consume more than 2,000 mosquitoes in one night, helping to significantly reduce the presence of these and other potentially harmful insects.

This mini shelter box is specifically designed for arboreal or fissure-dwelling species, which prefer to inhabit tree crevices or cavities. Its compact size makes it easy to install on trees or poles, fitting into limited spaces without disturbing the natural environment. Made of durable, weather-resistant materials, it provides a safe refuge for bats to rest and breed. It is also available both assembled and as a kit , ideal for environmental education activities.

This shelter box contributes to the conservation of these beneficial species, promoting local biodiversity and biological insect control in urban and rural areas. Its use is an effective strategy for encouraging bat presence and improving the environmental health of the ecosystems where it is installed.
