    About deliveries

    We make all our items by hand and to order . Many of our products are personalized, which always takes longer. This means that delivery time may take about 2-3 weeks .

    You can contact us to find out the status of your order, and we will keep you updated at all times.

    About shipments

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package.

    Once the order leaves our facilities, the package takes about 2-3 days to arrive at your address, depending on whether you choose Premium or Standard shipping.

    The transport company we regularly work with is Correos .

    What is the geographic area to which we ship?

    Currently, our online store is located in mainland Spain, so the delivery service offered is only available within that territory. If you are interested in purchasing any of our products from the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any other country, please contact us at info@losnidosdedavid.com .

    What is the delivery time?

    We make all our items by hand and to order, meaning we don't keep them in stock . Additionally, some items, such as rabbit cages and dog and cat feeders, are customized, which always takes longer. Therefore, delivery times for these items may take approximately two weeks . You can always contact us to find out the status of your order, and we will keep you updated at all times.

    The shipping company we work with is Correos . Once the order leaves our facilities, the package takes approximately 2-3 days to arrive at your home or post office, depending on whether you choose to have the package sent to your home or pick it up at your nearest post office.

    What do the measurements specified in the henera sizes refer to?

    The measurements specified in the litter tray size dropdown (S, M, L, XL) refer only to the litter tray measurements. If you need to know the exact overall dimensions of the litter tray, please contact us via email or the contact form.

    What does it mean when the litter tray is in a transverse position?

    It means that if we look at the henhouse from the front, the longest side of the tray is what is in front, and the shortest is on the sides.

    What does it mean when the litter tray is in a longitudinal position?
